Work Health & Safety Employee Training This course in WHS General Induction has been developed to meet the training requirements for employees in all types of business. . A person conducting a business undertaking (PCBU) has a legal obligation to provide WHS training under the NSW Work Health & Safety Act 2011. Section 19 of the Act requires that a PCBU must ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of workers at work in the business or undertaking. In part this duty requires that a PCBU provide any information, training, instruction or supervision that is necessary to risks to their health and safety from work that is carried out as part of the conduct of the business or undertaking.
